Different forms of resistance training include using free weights, weight machines which are available in our gym, resistance bands and your own body weight. We got this so, you can use gym as accordance to your convenience, there the atmosphere will inspire you to work hard. There are equipments in gym for your work out to take it on another level.

CROSS-FIT is a strength and conditioning work out that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. It is an exercise that maintains your daily life, and knowing it we got equipment for it. Also, we have Kettlebells with same intentions. This is work out with Luxury.

STEAM/SAUNA– BATH: There is difference between steam and sauna bath and both have their own benefits, hence we bring this facility in our hotel prioritizing your comfort and health first. You people are busy and hardworking, don’t have enough time to rest. Steam bath in our hotel is for your anytime relaxation and cleansing. Even though it is not an Indian facility but there’s no boundary when it comes to your good health.
